Evening Prayers Devotional | The Ita Compline - a podcast by Don Shoemaker, Steve Williams, and Bob Wriedt

This evening prayer, attributed to Sunday night in the book Celtic Daily Prayer is traditionally called the “Ita Compline”. Ita, a woman who died around 570 AD, was the director of a community of nuns and also a boys school. This Compline prayer was named after her because it focuses on the examination of the heart and the petition for care and protection.
