Mentoring and SponsorshipsMentors and sponsors are different things. A good mentor will share their own path with you, but a sponsor will be your advocate, and they’ll help make things happen for you. 
Compliance as a Function – what is changing?Compliance has really established itself as a function. It’s a profession that has a tremendous amount of credibility, but we must continuously disrupt the industry. Trust is a competitive advantage.
