The ClimDev is investing 36 million Euros to modernize Africa's climate and weather observation networks. We chat to him about the importance of evidence-based decision making and why investing in state of the art data-centres is critical for Africa. We also chat about how the Fund can be accessed by none-state actors including independent project developers and researchers.
