After a chaotic triple-header weekend at Talladega, Phil and Josh return for E137 of the GSP to discuss it all.  William Clyde Elliott II wins his 5th race of 2022 at one of his father's best tracks while good friends Austin Cindric and Chase Briscoe are tied at the cutoff spot (they wouldn't be after Byron's penalty was rescinded).

The guys go over all the inaction and cover Alex Bowman missing the race due to a concussion, which speaks to the litany of issues with the Gen 7 car.  AJ Allmendinger is also in line to return to Cup racing for Kaulig Racing on the heels of a victory at Talladega in the XFinity Series.  Matt DiBenedetto won his first major NASCAR race in controversial fashion over Bret Holmes after pulling a Regan.

At Singapore, Sergio Perez had an outstanding performance to hold off Charles Leclerc and win in mixed conditions.  However, the result and MV being ordinary were overshadowed with the discussion of Red Bull and Aston Martin being in breach of the Cost Cap and what may come as a punishment.  Mercedes and Alpine had races to forget while Ferrari got a double podium and McLaren had two cars in the top five.  Phil and Josh update further news as the the series heads to Suzuka for the first time since pre-pandemic.

The GSP Roundup covers IMSA at Petit Le Mans, MotoGP/Moto2 in Thailand, NHRA in St. Louis, W Series (season-ending) race in Singapore and WRC Rally New Zealand with the crowning of the youngest WRC champion ever before previewing the Great Race, the Bathurst 1000 for Supercars and the BTCC finale at Brands Hatch.

The crew discusses their actual NFL teams and fantasy football teams for Week 4 before previews/picks for the F1 Japanese Grand Prix and NASCAR Cup/XFinity at the Roval.  Josh provides his Sim Segment before we call it a day.
