The Creighton University Rural Mainstreet Index stayed above growth neutral for the eighth month in a row during July. The overall index for July fell to a healthy 65.6 from June’s 70.0. Dr. Ernie Goss of Creighton University conducts the monthly survey of bank CEOs, and while the number fell a bit, things are still in solid shape.
