With the extreme drought conditions across the region, many acres that were to be grown for grain, will mostly likely be cut for hay or grazed. Acting Administrator of the Risk Management Agency Richard Flournoy was in North Dakota last week and wants to remind producers to contact their crop insurance agent before doing anything with the crop.
