Morning Ag News, June 9, 2021: Former U.S. Senator Dorgan talks CP and KCS proposed merger - a podcast by MWC

In March, Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern announced plans to combine to create the first U.S.-Mexico- Canada rail network that would drive competition and economic productivity and create jobs across North America. But recently, KCS received an unsolicited acquisition offer from Canadian National. The CN proposal would create the third largest Class 1 railroad in the North American rail industry.
