The Weekly U.S. Drought Monitor map released Thursday by the National Drought Mitigation Center shows 70% of North Dakota in extreme drought, with the remainder of the state in severe or moderate drought.  The situation has prompted state officials to declare a statewide drought disaster.  Rusty Halvorson talked with North Dakota Ag Commissioner Doug Goehring.
