This week, the Consig had to make a long distance call to Adam Burns, the sportsbook manager at BetOnline.ag to join the Cash Considerations Show. Adam (@BetOnlineBurns) is a Canadian guy who has been in the business for years and has the stories to tell you and the CC Crew.

Listen as Adam tells the boys how he went from teacher to hoops coach to sportsbook trader over some beers and some baseball props. After a vaunted club basketball coaching career that included a 10 day roadie to Las Vegas, Adam became a sportsbook guy taking prop bets from every Joe in the world (except Brooklyn Joe of course).

It’s March, and that means the Madness is here. But everyone has their own memory or favorite One Shining Moment, and Dave, Carl, Neuby & Adam share theirs. Get a good peek behind the curtain as Adam shares a few prop bets that he put up himself & how he has to grade all of them, including some fun Charles Barkley Selection Show Sunday ones.

What was the election betting like? Why did it take so long to grade? What happens to the NBA MVP market when Embid takes a fall for real that isn’t a flop? Burns answers all of these questions and more.

The Take a Minute segment ends every Cash Considerations show, and this week did not disappoint. Carl made his case for what time is the right time, Neuby is the Philly curse, Adam’s class had the ultimate walk off and Dave closed the show with an audio version of Story Time from the Book.

Sit back, listen in & laugh a little to this episode of the Cash Considerations March Madness podcast. Share/rate/review the show.
