This week, the Consig made a call to the Midwest, and a Iowa Mountaineer guy answered.  THIS IS THE SHOW.  Brad Howe (@BradHowe07), an outstanding media personality and host of The Game Within the Game , joins Dave, Carl & Neuby with the Take Me Home edition of the Cash Considerations Show.

Listen as B Howe tells the boys his story from growing up in West Des Moines, Iowa to holding things down in Morgantown, West Virginia.  Post a decorated high school athletic career and a college run at Wartburg College, Brad embarked on a journey to the University of Connecticut to work in the athletic office.  Thanks to NBA great, Ray Allen, B Howe was kept alive for two years before moving onto Maryland.  Stepping in for a friend on an interview led to Brad moving to West Virginia University to be an assistant Athletic Director in Morgantown.  Over the next two decades, Brad got to see how things operate from behind the curtain in college sports.  The stories are fun and real, and Brad can talk.  The talking led to Brad's current role as the host of The Game Within the Game, co host of CityNet Statewide Sportsline & Three Guys before the game.  A real analytics guy, Brad knows numbers and how to find stuff nobody is looking at, including cheese in a pepperoni roll.  You can't guard him, but stay to listen to him shoot his shot. 

B Howe stays to talk sports, and the Baseball bon dia, bon tarde, bon noche is first.  Brad was a second baseman, and him and CH turn a couple sweet double plays.  Dave keeps dealing with some wildcard odds and plays, and even Neuby had to ring up the Mets for their thumbs down gestures.  There are no songs this week, but it leads to the first Layin or Takin segment of the season.

College football is really back with Week 1 games, and the boys come out of the box with eight games for the kick off, rapid fire Layin or Takin College Football segment.  Nobody knows shit, and this is everyone's chance to fade or follow the games.  Get your pen and paper ready to fade or follow the plays.

NFL is on a bye week, but In the Gun with Neuby is here.  Who is going to win the AFC East & the NFC East?  Brad jumps right in with the boys to give his thoughts.  CH is now known as Mac the Knife, B Howe has his sights set on Buffalo, Dave says G Men are live, and Neuby says shooters shoot.  NFL talk, guns ablazin!

Lastly, the coordinating producer/social media manager/co host Carl H-A-S-C-A-L-L had one question on “Carl’s Corner” segment of the show.  What was your nickname & what were your favorite sports nicknames?  Initials always work, last names are good, but rapper Neuby Peuby got everybody.  CH had lasers and a papi, B Howe went a little famous & Dave had a list of family & friends that were all special.  An all timer for all you home slices in Carl's Corner this week.

As it always does, The Take a Minute segment closed the show on Cash Considerations.  CH went for less filling beer, Neuby said all you had to do was shoot, B Howe says college football is not just for the big brands and Dave did a weekend story time from the Circa resort with a little magic trick.  One minute each and bet the over for laughs.
