'Legends of the Matador' is the name of the special episodes where we interview distinguished Texas Tech Alumni! Each episode will provide a portrait of one of Texas Tech's greats, and lets them share their story about how they went from a Tech student to success in their craft!

We are elated to have the President and CEO of the Texas Tech Alumni Association, Curt Langford, as our first 'Legends of the Matador' spotlight. Curt shares with us his story from life as a student to life as the CEO of our own alumni association! Curt's story is important to our history, as it leads us to one of the prominent Tech Alumni traditions.

We know you will agree that Curt's passion for Texas Tech is contagious. We are excited that he has agreed to join us for future episodes to help us unpack some great Texas Tech history.
