We are honored to have the opportunity to speak with Dr. Mark Miller, coach of the Texas Tech Meat Judging Team. Dr. Miller visits with us about what the Meat Judging Team does, and how they prepare for their competitions. This is episode 1 of a two part episode with Dr. Miller.
