Today we’re sitting down with Beatrice Valenzuela, stylist, designer and co-founder of Echo Park Craft Fair; which this coming weekend May 11th-12th 2019, is celebrating its 10 year anniversary - hence why this episode is being released a few days early...let's call it serendipity.

This episode carries a lot. Because this lady just does…a lot. Originally from Mexico, she calls Los Angeles home, and spends her days immersed among makers, creation, craft, her family, and looks to design as an agent of education; building upon sustainable societal infrastructures both local and nonnative, whilst facilitating human connection as the center point to all.

Meet the woman, mother, and wife whom our feet have come to adore for her sandals, our bodies for the silk dresses, and the Magpie in all of us for her jewelry.

This is “Connection Through Craft” with Beatrice Valenzuela
