Daniel Odhiambo- Senior Advocate & Lecturer at Moi University

He is an avid courtroom lawyer at GVA with experience in high value commercial disputes in arbitration and litigation. He has also engaged in local and international commercial transactions where he has advised clients on Intellectual Property, Mergers, Acquisitions, Investment treaties and Public International Law concerns. Other practice areas include Constitutional, Electoral Law and Non-Governmental Organization’s operations.
