his is hard! We give props to those who can do this challenge with ease. We started off the 10k good but we believe that the 4 hour break we took is what lead us off track with our stomachs adjusting to allow us to finish. Did we all fail? Did only one fail? Or did no one fail? Tune in to the podcast to find out how it turned out. But let’s just say, I had no clue how many calories were in certain food till this challenge started! The pump the next day was amazing with all those calories we took in, the 24 hour fast wasn’t the smartest choice but was much needed.
