Stew Friedman is the Practice Professor of Management at the Wharton School of the Universtiy of Pennsylvania, and founding director of both the Wharton Leadership Program and the Wharton Work/Life Integration Project; author of the bestseller Leading the Life You Want: Skills for Integrating Work and Life. Dr. Marquita Furness Davis is the Executive Director for the Jefferson County Committee for Economic Opportunity (JCCEO), a community action agency that provides services for low-income families in Jefferson County, Alabama. Nancy Blair is a middle school principal in Georgia. She previously served as a school improvement consultant.
