COVID-19 Testing in Clatsop County

If you need to get tested before a procedure, your surgeon will be sending an order for the test to the hospital lab and you can go to any CMH Lab location for your swab: West Lobby in the main hospital, CMH Health & Wellness Pavilion in Astoria, or the CMH Medical Group clinics in Warrenton or Seaside.

If you have severe symptoms and you need emergent care, you should go to the nearest emergency room. Consider calling ahead to let them know that you are symptomatic so they can prepare for you to enter the building safely without coming into contact with other patients or employees.

  • Columbia Memorial Hospital: 503-325-4321

  • Providence Seaside Hospital: 503-717-7000

  • Ocean Beach Hospital: 360-642-3181

If you have only mild symptoms or no symptoms, but you think you have been exposed or you need a test for work or travel, you should make an appointment with the public health department in your area or with the CMH COVID-19 Testing Lab (503-338-4656).

Remember, our recommendation is that you wait until you have had persistent symptoms for 72 hours so we can be more confident in the test results.
