Life has been hard for many during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for families with children. In this episode, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Misty Bottorff explains how the pandemic has affected families with kids.

The impact has been different, depending on the age of the children, so Misty breaks it down into three groups for us: 0-5, 5-12, and 12-18. We’ll talk about what stressors there are for these three age groups, the implications for your child’s development and what you can do about it.
