Surviving Cancer (Part 1): Working during cancer treatment - a podcast by Columbia Memorial Hospital

:: ::

In this episode of "Hands on Health," Social Worker Mari Montesano interviews Di Stuppy. As Di explains, she’s an old lady in the cancer world, not because of her age, but because she’s been living with cancer for more than 20 years.

Di is an optimistic realist. She doesn’t sugar coat her situation, but she also doesn’t wallow in it. Cancer has worked in Di’s life the way that fire works on clay. She is stronger and more beautiful because of her experiences.

This is Part 1 of the conversation.
