Jumping on to talk about Anxiety and my experience with it the last few months. I still don't know how to explain how it comes on or exactly how it feels BUT I know that when I started to focus on my breath, it went away and I started to feel like BRI again!

Hopefully this helps a little bit, whether or not you have anxiety, because I'm pretty sure I don't know what I have. BREATH HELPED!
