Oleksiy Stolyarenko heads the IT/TMT industry group of Baker McKenzie in Kyiv and Nazar Chernyavsky is the CEO of one of the largest independent law firms in Ukraine: Sayenko Kharenko. Martin and Marlene have known and worked with both of them for years; all four of them are engaged in international legal networks: the INTA (International Trademark Association) and Technology Law Committee of the IBA (International Bar Association).
