The Book of Job's author is not known, its origins date back to as far as Abraham (2000BC) in the land of Uz (Canaan). But once you read its contents you soon find that the context is insignificant. Job is a humble man living in the ideal situation. He has a family, a huge farm and a faith in God. But then his life is turned upside down when everything is taken away from him. What follows is a story of suffering, injustice and distrust. It makes us ask the question, is God really just? And, do are material possessions determine how satisfied we are with God?

We discuss this all and more with our friend Toby Shearn.Acknowledgements
