Dr Simone Matousek is a fully qualified Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon. She is one of a few plastic surgeons with a PhD degree and was one of the first plastic surgeons in Australia to perform the technique of large volume fat grafting to the breast for reconstruction and cosmetic breast augmentation. She travelled internationally to gain experience prior to this procedure is performed in Australia and has since developed her own effective fat grafting technique. 

Her practice philosophy is to leave patients looking refreshed and rejuvenated, not radically different. The aim of plastic surgery treatments is to provide subtle enhancement of a person’s features or to restore anatomy that has changed due to the processes of ageing or disease.
