Dulcie Shepherd Swanston is the owner of Profitably Engaged, an Executive Coaching company and works with leaders across the world to help them to be more effective at work - and usually to be happier at home. 

She is the author of the book It’s Not Bloody Rocket Science and the founder of Top Right Thinking both which integrate her deep understanding of the neuroscience and psychology of what makes us tick, with a passion to keep it simple so people can actually use it. 

She is often asked to contribute to discussions on BBC5 Live and can normally manage to fit this in between her full-time job of running Mum’s Taxis plc.

Before setting up her own businesses, she spent over 20 years in senior roles in pubs, restaurants and nightclubs. She thinks she is the only FCIPD with an MBA and a qualification as a nightclub bouncer.
