Multi-talented American filmmaker Tiffany Rhodes, who is also a painter, cinematographer, actor, singer, and photographer, is revered for her brilliant concepts in her short films like Collision, 2019 (available on Amazon Prime). Her work is critically acclaimed, with Rhodes being labeled as the next auteur of this generation by Film Daily Magazine in 2020. Her films have garnered 33 (IMDB verified) awards and 18 nominations since she first appeared on the independent filmmaking scene in 2016. In her feature debut Match Struck, set to hit the international festivals in 2021, Rhodes uses elements of surrealism that are digestible for all audiences. Rhodes stars in Match Struck alongside David Koechner; her performance in the film is haunting, approachable, and sad. In her own scripted words about this character, “Is a woman like her even redeemable?”
