Rochelle started Mother Me after she had her daughter in the middle of a pandemic with no family around her. She could see so many mothers struggling and needing extra support. Our conversation dives into our own post partum experiences, our societal conditioning on bouncing back after birth and lack of value put on a slow, nourishing and nurturing period.
