The full statement from International Ms Leather 2018, Sir Ange, that was referenced in this episode is as follows:The entire International Mr Bootblack contest team have taken a stand against the visible transphobic, misogynistic, and exclusionary behavior of some members of the board. However, to ignore a problem condones the behavior, so the responsibility for change lies on all shoulders. Many opportunities for change have come and gone for the IML&IMBB board to address the inequity of their alliances and actions. I sincerely hope the action of our incredible Bootblacks is the catalyst for some necessary progress, that is well overdue.
