Just knocked out a podcast with Coach G. – AKA Greg Romero – we talked about Greg making his first World Championships appearance in 13 years racing the 35 plus Challenge class. Greg talked about documenting the process though social media from the build up to how the race weekend turned out, and what he took from it.



We then hit on some new projects he’s been working on with his BMXTraining.com video series he’s putting out with Fly and a new podcast.
