On the show, Fisher talks with both head coaches - Bruce Rollinson (Mater Dei) and Jason Negro (St. John Bosco).

Also on the show, Fisher talks with Soldotna head coach Galen Brantley, who led the Stars to a fifth straight Alaska Medium School state championship last weekend. Soldotna currently has a 49 game win streak.

Fisher's final guest is Sarah Howard of Elite Mobility Training, who discusses how's she's been teaching the Serra (Gardena, California) football team yoga.
