The state football football finals week is here in Ohio and Kentucky.

In Kentucky, Covington Catholic plays Frederick Douglass in the 5A state final Saturday night in Lexington.In Ohio, La Salle plays Massillon Thursday night in the Division II state final at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton while Elder plays Pickerington Central in the Division I state final Friday night.

Ohio High School Athletic Association Executive Director Jerry Snodgrass joined the podcast to discuss the state finals venue in Canton and what the future may hold for a long-term location for the championship games.Massillon Independent reporter Chris Easterling and This Week News reporter Jarrod Ulrey joined the WCPO High School Insider to discuss Massillon and Pickerington Central, respectively.
