He also ushered in the New Jack Swing sound and basically introduced the world to Teddy Riley. Kool Moe Dee is a legend. Have I said that three times already, yes, is it for a reason, you betcha! The man influenced every emcee after him, if they know it or not, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Jay, Push, B.I.G., Pac, Gucci, Jeezy, T.I. Snoop, Ross, literally everyone.
