Let’s talk SPACE...
Having a designated personal "space" allows you to connect and develop that relationship with yourself. This is so crucial for our mental health. So much is going on and to come back to yourself gives you the assurance that everything will be okay.
Open up to others on how you are using this personal time. When you do this, you allow others to understand and feel secure. Not only that, it creates healthy boundaries between you without hurting each other emotionally.

After all, you CARE
Is it not?
The point is to slow down and create opportunities.
We wither away when we lose the opportunity to experience the things life has to offer for us.
So carve out some time to create space for QUALITY TIME with one another. Make something happen!
