This year, Naveen had put in 25000KMs of cycling and spent 60days in Belgium racing multiple times every week.

3 weeks ago were National Championships and he had defended his title of Individual Time Trial Champion for the 4th time.

He sums up the complete championship and what happened this year's race season.

The selected team got a chance to hit the road in Kathmandu, Nepal at the 2019 South Asian Games, where he and Arvind Panwar stole the show with Gold & Silver medal respectively in the ITT race!

Not just that, India also bagged the Gold & Silver in the Road Race, and bronze in Women's MTB race!
