This morning Ben spoke from Luke 2:8-14. Luke builds the gospel story by introducing characters “on whom God’s favour rests”. We quickly realise they’re unlikely heroes - pointing to his favoured mission to reach unlikely people.

Sophie Passante also led a time of prayer• Starting the morning praying from Psalm 116:7-9, thanking the Lord for the rest that is always accessible to us and for His deliverance that we can walk before Him in the land of the living.

• We also prayed that our mission would align with the Lords mission for us and that we would seek to share His word with those on whom His favour rests.
