I share from two of my favorite poets and we discuss the modes of communication from and to the Underworld journey. I explore the negotiation of the ego as we’re moving towards transformation and how we can listen for the voice that is calling us and with the voice that wants to stay. I also talk about why control is not a solution; and, most importantly, I hold for the courage to trust ourselves when we move towards change and discomfort.
