'It's really interesting when you learn the fundamentals of something at such a young age and with such a desire for discovery and understanding that you have when you're an adolescent, it gives you a great insight. I suppose I knew I was just born for the job, so I got the job and that's how I started my career, specifically in English sparkling wine.'

He is the multi-award winning English winemaker considered by wine experts to be the most exciting talent in the English winemaking scene. His awards include UK Boutique Producer 2020, UK Winery of the Year 2018 & 2020, International Wine Challenge Silver and Gold as well as awards from Decanter and a rating of 96. He has his own boutique label and vineyards Storrington Priory and Mount Harry. He's also head winemaker for the Goring family at Wiston Estate. Wine expert and author Hugh Johnson has described our guest's wines as, 'Spectacular. Honestly, England's best.'
