Guido Campigotto started his career in hospitality at a very young age becoming a Restaurant manager at the age of eighteen. He grew fast from there owning seven restaurants, tasted the business of Formula 1 and became a Group General Manager of a hotel group. I always admired his passion and love for the hotel industry which he shared here in this episode with me. From restaurants to managing beach clubs and hotels we covered many topics. I always considered him as a great leader and inspirer.
