Having remained in Jerusalem after the feast to continue teaching in the temple, just like his ministry in Galilee and Samaria, Yeshua makes a distinction between the gospel of the Kingdom, the Kingdom of heaven and it’s citizenry, who’re adopted by the Father through the receiving of the word and Spirit, from the religious establishment, who’ve commandeered the infrastructure of the covenant, all the while it’s leadership and their disciples are bound by sin and unrighteousness.
A servant who is bound does the will of his master. Therefore, by virtue of them being murderous, tempting and accusing contrary to scripture, that’s an indication that though Yeshua was sent to set them free they chose to be enslaved by the lust of their flesh, and as a consequence be tools of the devil.
