The television shows Happy Days, The Brady Bunch and Eight is Enough all were supposed to be the model of the American family.  Times have clearly changed. Those days of the traditional family while they might exist, they are the minority.  Today’s family structure more often times than not, consists of a one parent, female headed household or some similar variation - two fathers, or even a single father raising his children.  Parenting today requires flexibility, adaptability, communication and a whole lot more.  Are families better off today?  Are families healthy?  Thriving?  Join Dr. Pitts with her special guests this week her son and his father - Andre and Alan Garlic where they will have a transparent dialogue about raising their son.
