Rachel Graham is the CEO and Co-Founder of Healing Springs Ranch, a world class residential treatment facility located on an 80 acre serene lakefront property in Dallas, Texas, offering a personalized approach to healing addiction, trauma and underlying mental health conditions. HSR's mission is to provide more integrated treatment by offering innovative and cutting-edge therapeutic modalities.


Rachel is known for her TEDx Talk "Why Addiction is Everyone's Disease" and Evolve and Transform, her leadership coaching platform and she is the co-founder of Life Works Wellness. She is an active and contributing member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and she is a board member of the Travis Frederick's Blocking Out Hunger Foundation and Executive Board for the Corey Kluber Family Foundation, among other philanthropic organizations.


In this episode, Rachel Graham discusses her personal journey, overcoming hardships and how supporting a loved one allowed her to create Healing Springs Ranch.
