Kyle Valery and Chris Wilke are the Co-Founders of Stretch Affect, where they believe everyone deserves to understand their body and to be empowered to keep it healthy and pain-free. Chris and Kyle coach their clients, virtually and in-person, through The Stretch Affect System which gives you movement literacy, so you can understand how your body should move, identify what is not moving well, and give you the treatment and guidance so you can resolve movement limitations on your own. The end goal is to help you level up, achieve true health, break through performance limitations, and avoid pain and discomfort, so you can do what you love.

Most people who come to Chris and Kyle’s facility aren’t your average gym rats. They are people who recognize that fitness and health are subtly different. Customers who come to Stretch Affect come to unlearn their flawed beliefs about fitness, to understand health. It’s a paradigm shift from the way most people view the terms health and fitness.

Mike, Kyle, and Chris cover a ton of great stuff in this episode like why it is worth investing in the health of your body, that to be a top performer in all aspects of life that you need to take ownership of knowing your body like a professional, why just because you look fit doesn’t mean you have health, vigor or the ability to do whatever you want to do, the biggest mistake people make when trying to achieve strength and power, and much more.

And now here’s Kyle Valery and Chris Wilke
