Today's guest Hillary Muscatello is the founder of Tello and Rose, a lifestyle brand that offers attainable, beautiful living to women globally. Through a range of product offerings and lifestyle tips, Tello and Rose aims to equip the everyday woman with classic, traditional style. The brand has made its mark all over the globe, with recipes, floral arranging, and fashion advice.
After college at Bryant University, she landed a job at Hasbro games in their design department. Working with designers and marketing executives educated her on the process of product design from concept to mass production, a skill she would later use for her own brand.
Hillary’s blog took off at a time when fashion blogging was a brand new territory. Her extensive experience landed her a job at TJX, where she worked exclusively on creating content for their 1+ million followers.
Through all of these experiences, Hillary created Tello and Rose. It started as a lifestyle blog and quickly morphed into a jewelry line that was carried in high-end boutiques all over the East Coast. Hillary soon had children and made scarf bibs that she sold internationally. Through these endeavors, she saw a need for a classic, beautiful design that was attainable.
No matter where Tello and Rose goes next, Hillary will always be that young girl creating beauty from simplicity. Because that is what life is really all about.
