:: ::

In their 6th episode, Jenn and Audriannah explore the role of spirituality in mental wellness, for secular- and non-secular thinkers alike.  They discuss the ways that the field of psychology has been informed by the teachings and concepts of ancient religions and spirituality, and how it has led to the development of evidence-based treatments.

Topics include: what it means to tap into a "Higher Power" of your own understanding; why some people feel fearful of integrating spirituality in their mental health practice; and the intentional practice of Radical Acceptance, gratitude, and mindfulness. NOTE: All episodes contain guided meditation and grounding.  Please skip these exercises if you're driving.  RECORDED: 5/13/20
