This episode marks the first of what will be an ongoing Therapedia series - the "Normalize Recovery" series.  In this first installment, Jenn and Audriannah discuss their personal and professional backgrounds in supporting people who suffer from addictions and why it is important as a society to destigmatize addiction and recovery.  As two individuals who identify as being in recovery themselves and have worked in the field, the ladies define what "recovery" means to them and what makes it different from "sobriety."  Taking an inclusive lens of what "recovery" means,  the ladies discuss how the concepts and coping skills in addiction recovery can help people recover from trauma, toxic relationships, or other self-sabotaging behaviors.

NOTE: All episodes contain guided meditation and grounding.  Please skip these exercises if you're driving.
