In this week's episode, Audriannah and Jenn discuss the topic of "re-entry" as the world is beginning to reopen its doors and the pressure to "get back to normal" is growing.  The ladies discuss the positive aspects of the reopening, as well as some of the discomfort that is coming up in therapy about this - such as body shame, safety concerns for BIPOC folx and the queer community, social anxiety, and general concerns for health and well-being after the last year of sheltering in place.  Jenn and Audriannah offer coping skills to help yourself stay grounded and in touch with your mental health needs, as well as a beautiful meditation focused on connecting to our "roots."

NOTE: All episodes contain guided meditation and grounding.  Please skip these exercises if you're driving.
