This week, the pod ladies tackle the issue of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) that most folks experience at some point in their lives, and is common in the age of social media.  Audriannah and Jenn discuss how this phenomenon can contribute to depression, anxiety, and self-sabotaging behaviors, as well as how we can create "FOMO Resilience" and cope with this frustrating and isolating experience.  As addiction specialists, the ladies also discuss how similar FOMO and its accompanying compulsive behaviors are to addiction, as well as the importance of tapping into a loving, sustainable relationship with self for preventing FOMO.  Also, Audriannah and Jenn coin a new phrase: JOMO!
