Goodbye 2018...HELLO 2019! [BONUS] - a podcast by Koren Motekaitis

Years ago my daughter's pre-school (yes I said years ago) would celebrate each child's birthday by saying goodbye to their old age and hello to their new age. I loved this and have been using this to move from one ending to a new beginning.
