Weight loss, oh those often dreaded words. What do you think of when you hear weight loss? Diet, white knuckle, deprivation, extreme exercise? This interview discusses a different approach to weight loss that is much gentler, kinder and more effective in the long term.

I am a weight loss coach and I help clients learn these tools and practice them so they are in tune with their body. How do I know these tools are effective? I used these tools on myself as well as with my clients. In this interview, I talk about these effective weight loss coaching tools and I coach a weight loss client on the air.
