How the f**k did Kendall Baker go from writing newsletters on his own time to having it be so good that Axios acquired it? Kendall received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania in 2013. Upon leaving school, he spent almost a year at Bleacher Report as a columnist. He followed that up with a year working on the production side for ESPN. Then in 2016, Kendall became Head of Content at The Hustle, a business and tech newsletter with around a million subscribers. After almost a year and a half there, Kendall started his own sports-based newsletter called the Sports Internet, which in under two years gained enough attention to be purchased by Axios in 2019. Today, he is a Sports Editor at Axios. So what is the advice Kendall has for up and coming writers? And what makes the salted caramel KIND bar taste so good?
