With more than 25 years’ experience, Sally is the co-founder of award-winning London salon, Brooks&Brooks, with partner Jamie Brooks. If you're someone who is serious about the hair industry, you should know of Sally and the impact she is having on British hairdressing. She and Jamie pride themselves on finding, seeing and developing up-and-coming hairdressers. And now as British Hairdresser of the Year, Sally is taking this prestigious title and responsibility seriously by promoting the hair industry in the positive light that it should be and all the many opportunities that it can offer.

Sally's conversation is one that I highly recommend that you all take note of. It's the perfect story to how a local village girl has risen to the top of the hair industry, working alongside some of the best on the way, and widely credited with Jamie Brooks on producing hairdressings new stars such as Darcie Harvey, Grace Dalglish and one of hairdressings biggest names, Sophia Hilton.
